Ironwood Neighborhood Assessment

The Ironwood Neighborhood Assessment compiles existing neighborhood conditions, including community anchors, structure conditions, and census data.

This year-long process included the beginnings of a community engagement process, which documented several resident-identified needs and opportunities.

The planning process evolved over time, from a comprehensive community plan to a more data-driven assessment document that can be used for future community visioning.

While a consensus for a neighborhood vision was not reached, this document provides a solid starting point for future neighborhood capacity building and visioning with residents and stakeholders alike.
