The existing space and the amount of total capacity needed for the ETFC and ETSC’s growing programming were analyzed.

Regardless of the selected concept, it was clear that more building space was required for the ETFC and ETSC to house its program needs. The total of 42,800 existing square footage needed to increase to 46,800 square feet: a 9% boost. This modest increase is the result of an proposed increase in efficiency of retrofitted existing buildings.
