Collingwood Presbyterian Church Feasibility Study

Collingwood Presbyterian Church leadership chose a recommendation that allows the Church to fulfill its mission to be a service to the community.

Considering the large amount of underutilized space within the building, the recommendation is a phased concept for renovation and improvements. This design approach enhances the historical building, while prioritizing making the entire complex handicap accessible. The phased plan allows the Church to rent their larger spaces that will see the most return of investment sooner, like the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen.
